Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand. We offer free shipping on all orders above $99 within these locations.

Q) What happens if my product gets lost in transit?

We are very proud of our excellent shipping record, but if for any reason your order is lost or misplaced by our mail service partner, then we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Q) How can I track my order?

Once your package is ready to be shipped, we will send you the details through which it can be tracked.

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. 

Delivery Estimates

We use a fast shipping option on all our orders. Once your order has been processed, please allow 7-14 days for delivery within Australia.

For New Zealand orders, please allow 8-15 days for delivery after your order has been processed. 

A confirmation email with the tracking number & ETA will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If we expect a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and give you a heads up.
